At Needful Things, every item is chosen with intention — but we understand that sometimes a treasure doesn’t resonate the way you hoped. This policy guides you through returns, refunds, and resolutions with clarity and care.


📦 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item was defective

  • The item was incorrect

In those cases, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


🎁 Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items. For all other situations, please request a return and place a new order.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
